Q. What is the main reason Reborn tractor exists?
A. To provide you with inspiration and entertainment in the field of tractor restoration.
Q.How can I buy a copy of the Reborn Tractor DVD or others on the site when I don’t have a credit card or Paypal account?
A.We understand some people are still using cheques so simply post us a cheque along with your order and we will happy sort it out for you.
Q. I ordered a DVD but it hasn’t arrived
A. Drop us an email at contact@reborntractor.net
Q. Something was wrong with the delivered DVDs
A. Send them back and we will happily send you out replacement copies as long as you let us know within 30 days from the date we dispatch them to you.
Q. I live outside the UK how do you deal with different rates of VAT
A. We charge VAT at the current rate within the UK. Outside the UK would be charged at your local rate.
Q. I want to upload details of our club events is this possible?
A. Yes Reborn Tractor has a easy to use ‘Events’ section which provides users free space to advertise their events, auctions or sales.
Q. Are you renovating any other tractors?
A. If people like what we have done with the MF135 restoration we plan to ask site users which tractor they would like to see renovated.
Q. Can I showcase my restoration or my collection of tractors
A. Everyone is welcome to share pictures of their tractors in ‘Gallery’ This is a tremendous help to others restoring their own projects. There are areas for you to write in some notes and tips you picked up which you would like to share.
Q. I am a commercial business – How do I get a listing in ‘Suppliers’
A. A single line entry with a telephone number, website and email is totally free. Email us your details.
Q.I have spotted a spelling mistake or typo on the site which makes Reborn Tractor look foolish.
A. Tell us immediately and we will reward you a free Reborn tractor mug. (This relates only to our content and not third party material in Gallery, Classified, Events or external sites)
